NEXORA Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026

This page explains what information NEXORA holds about you, why we hold it, and what you can do about it. We only collect what the marketplace needs to work.

1. Information you give us

Account details: name, email address, password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider), and optionally a phone number, photo, bio and location.

Selling and buying details: listings, photos, prices, order details, delivery address, messages, reviews, reports, nominations and business verification documents you choose to upload.

2. Information collected automatically

Basic technical data needed to run the service, such as listing view counts, notification delivery records and device information for push notifications you enable.

3. How we use it

To run your account, show your listings, process and track orders, deliver messages and notifications, apply plan entitlements, and keep the marketplace safe (verification, moderation, spam and fraud limits).

We do not sell your personal data.

4. What other people can see

Public: your display name, photo, member-since date, ratings, badges, active listings and business storefront details.

Shared only with the other party in a transaction: your name, contact details and delivery address on an order, and your messages.

Private to you and NEXORA staff: verification documents, reports you file, blocked users and account settings.

5. Service providers

NEXORA runs on managed cloud infrastructure that provides our database, file storage, authentication, email delivery and push delivery. These providers process data on our instructions.

When a payment provider is connected, its name and the data shared with it will be listed here before it goes live.

6. Retention

Account, listing and order records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting, dispute and safety reasons. Messages you delete are removed from your view.

7. Your choices

You can edit your profile, delete your listings and messages, mute or block members, and turn push notifications off from the notifications screen.

To request a copy of your data or deletion of your account, contact privacy@nexora.bz.

8. Security

Access to your data is enforced at the database level so members can only read and change their own records. Staff access is role-based and admin actions are written to an audit log. Admin accounts can enable two-factor authentication.

9. Children

NEXORA is not intended for children. Accounts are for adults.

10. Changes and contact

The date above changes when this policy changes. The legal basis, cross-border transfer and data-protection wording in this section is a placeholder pending review by a Belize attorney.
