This page explains how to ask us to delete data NEXORA holds about you. You can use it whether you have a NEXORA account or only ever chatted with a business through a NEXORA Assist assistant on the web or on WhatsApp.
Anyone whose data we hold, including people who never created a NEXORA account. If you only messaged a business on WhatsApp through NEXORA Assist, you can still make a request.
Email hello@nexora.bz with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
Tell us which of these you want removed: your NEXORA account data, or the NEXORA Assist chat records and contact details connected to you.
Include only what we need to find your records: the business name you were chatting with (if you know it), and either the WhatsApp number you messaged from including the country code (for example +501…) or the email address on your NEXORA account.
Never send passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, card numbers or copies of ID documents in your first email. We do not ask for them and you should not include them.
Before deleting anything we must be confident the request comes from the person the data is about, so that someone cannot delete another person's records. We may ask you to confirm details that only you would know, or to reply from the same WhatsApp number or email address associated with the request.
We will not ask you to send passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, card numbers or copies of ID documents to verify a deletion request.
If we cannot reasonably establish that the data is yours, we may decline the request and will say why. We will review each request based on the information available at the time.
NEXORA Assist chat records: the conversation thread, the stored messages in it, and any lead record holding the name, phone number or email you gave the business during the chat.
Account data: your NEXORA profile and the records tied to your account. Some records connected to completed orders, payments, disputes, safety reports or moderation actions may need to be kept, and we will tell you if that applies to your request.
Data held by WhatsApp and Meta. Your WhatsApp chat history on your own phone and the copies WhatsApp/Meta keep on their systems are controlled by Meta, not by NEXORA. You need to contact Meta about those.
Data the business itself has copied elsewhere. Businesses using NEXORA Assist can read their inbox and may have written your details into their own notes, phone, email or CRM. We cannot reach into records kept outside NEXORA.
We handle these requests manually. This page does not promise an automated deletion button, a fixed response deadline, or that every copy everywhere is erased.
