These terms describe how NEXORA works and what we ask of everyone who uses it. NEXORA is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers in Belize; we are not the seller of the items listed by our members.
You need an account to sell, message, order or review. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and the details on your account must be accurate.
Guests can browse listings without an account.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
One person or business may not run duplicate accounts to avoid limits, restrictions or moderation decisions.
Sellers are responsible for what they list: the description, the photos, the price, the stock and the legality of the item. Listings must follow the Marketplace & Seller Guidelines.
You keep ownership of the content you upload and grant NEXORA permission to display it inside the platform so your listings, profile and messages can work.
When a buyer places an order, the agreement to buy and sell is between the buyer and the seller. NEXORA records the order, its status timeline and the messages around it.
Sellers are expected to fulfil accepted orders as described, and buyers are expected to pay and collect or receive as agreed.
Payment status is recorded by NEXORA's servers only. Members cannot mark an order as paid themselves.
A live payment gateway is not connected yet. Until it is, orders are recorded with a pending payment state and members settle by cash on delivery, bank transfer or another method they agree between themselves.
Business features — extra listings, storefront tools, analytics, featured placement and verification eligibility — are tied to a plan. Plan benefits stop applying when a plan ends or is cancelled.
Verification badges and awards such as Business of the Week are granted by NEXORA and can be removed if the qualifying conditions change.
No illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe or restricted goods. No harassment, scams, spam, fake reviews, vote manipulation, scraping or attempts to interfere with the platform.
NEXORA applies automatic limits to high-frequency actions such as messaging, nominating, voting, reporting and posting to protect members from abuse.
We may hide listings, restrict features, or suspend accounts when these terms or the guidelines are broken. Where practical we tell the member why, and reports can be reviewed on request.
NEXORA is provided on an as-available basis while the platform is growing. Features may change, and we may schedule maintenance.
We will publish an updated date at the top of this page when the terms change and, for significant changes, notify members in the app.
NEXORA operates from Belize. The governing law, dispute forum and any limitation of liability wording in this section are placeholders pending review by a Belize attorney.
