These guidelines keep NEXORA a place people trust. They apply to every listing, message and order — casual sellers and registered businesses alike.
Legal goods and services you actually own or are authorised to sell, available at the price and quantity shown, in the condition stated.
Illegal, stolen, counterfeit or replica goods; weapons, ammunition and explosives; drugs, tobacco and alcohol where restricted; prescription medicine and medical devices; live animals and protected wildlife; adult content; hazardous materials; recalled or unsafe items; stolen accounts, credentials or personal data; anything requiring a licence you do not hold.
Use your own photos of the actual item. Describe faults, wear and missing parts. State the real condition, brand and location.
No misleading titles, keyword stuffing, fake discounts or bait pricing. Do not use the listing to advertise a different item.
Keep quantity accurate. NEXORA reduces your stock when an order is created and restores it if the order is cancelled or rejected, so a listing you did not manually mark as sold returns to sale automatically.
Mark an item Sold or move it to Draft rather than leaving an unavailable listing active.
Respond to orders promptly and move them through the timeline honestly: Pending, Confirmed, Processing, Ready, Completed.
Offer only the delivery options you can actually provide — pickup, local delivery or nationwide shipping — and be clear about fees and timing.
Keep conversations in NEXORA messages so there is a record if something goes wrong. Never ask a buyer to move off-platform to avoid protections, and never request passwords or one-time codes.
Automated bulk messaging is not allowed; messaging is rate limited to prevent spam.
Reviews must come from a real completed order. Do not trade, buy or incentivise reviews, and do not review your own account.
Business of the Week nominations and community votes are limited per member and are checked. Coordinated voting or duplicate accounts disqualify a nomination.
Business names, logos and registration details must be accurate. Verification and any verified badge can be withdrawn if details are false or out of date.
Depending on severity, we may edit or remove a listing, remove a badge, limit features, or suspend an account. Serious or repeated breaches can be permanent.
Report a problem listing or member with the report button on the listing, profile or order.
