Know who you are paying

NEXORA-owned purchases use NEXORA checkout when available. Independent Marketplace seller payments are arranged directly with that seller and are not held or processed by NEXORA.

Track every step

Each order has a live timeline: placed, preparing, shipped, delivered. Sellers must confirm each stage.

Cancel or claim

Cancel free while an order is still placed or being prepared. If an item never arrives or isn't as described, open a claim within 48 hours of delivery.

We help mediate

Keep the conversation in NEXORA messages. Our team uses that history plus the order timeline to resolve disputes fairly.

What isn't covered

  • · Payments made directly to independent Marketplace sellers are not NEXORA-held funds.
